  1. Saying sweet dreams to my loved ones.
  2. Finishing a book even if it was boring
  3. Forgiving more quickly.
  4. Keeping in touch with my childhood friends
  5. Keeping in touch with my old friends
  6. Finding time to call my family
  7. Saying I love you more often
  8. Singing my favorite song loudly
  9. Remembering my favorite quotes from books
  10. Reminiscing the exhilaration of that first real kiss
  11. Being really interested to listen to a friend’s story
  12. Having the patience to listen to people who are slow in talking
  13. Star gazing
  14. Sitting at the sidewalk watching cars pass by
  15. Lying on green grass and smiling
  16. Looking at clouds shaped like animals
  17. Smiling more often
  18. Laughing hysterically
  19. Saying “you are a good person” to anyone who deserves it
  20. Taking breaks from the internet
  21. Choosing to be silent instead of lashing out of anger
  22. Choosing to defend oneself when a person is really being rude
  23. Run like a little kid
  24. Recalling names of college classmates
  25. Not being embarrassed to be with my relatives who did not finish school
  26. Whispering a prayer before going to sleep
  27. Including other people in my prayers
  28. Travelling wherever my feet takes me
  29. Going into stores to try on that very expensive blouse
  30. Writing a happy poem
  31. Writing without too much sarcasm
  32. Taking more pictures
  33. Organizing them in an album with labels!
  34. Watching a scented candle melt
  35. Using a dipper to save water
  36. Take care of a plant
  37. Eating my favorite fruit- strawberries
  38. Exercising to be healthy
  39. Stop jumping into stupid diet trends
  40. Making my bed
  41. Not eating in front of my laptop
  42. Speak my language more often – if only I have more to converse with
  43. Keeping an address book
  44. Getting enough sleep
  45. Drinking more water
  46. Riding a bike
  47. Being a patient customer
  48. Writing love letters
  49. Remembering birthdays
  50. Starting and finishing to do lists
