- Saying I love you more often
- Singing my favorite song loudly
- Remembering my favorite quotes from books
- Reminiscing the exhilaration of that first real kiss
- Being really interested to listen to a friend’s story
- Having the patience to listen to people who are slow in talking
- Star gazing
- Sitting at the sidewalk watching cars pass by
- Lying on green grass and smiling
- Looking at clouds shaped like animals
- Smiling more often
- Laughing hysterically
- Saying “you are a good person” to anyone who deserves it
- Taking breaks from the internet
- Choosing to be silent instead of lashing out of anger
- Choosing to defend oneself when a person is really being rude
- Run like a little kid
- Recalling names of college classmates
- Not being embarrassed to be with my relatives who did not finish school
- Whispering a prayer before going to sleep
- Including other people in my prayers
- Travelling wherever my feet takes me
- Going into stores to try on that very expensive blouse
- Writing a happy poem
- Writing without too much sarcasm
- Taking more pictures
- Organizing them in an album with labels!
- Watching a scented candle melt

- Exercising to be healthy
